Discover purpose of LIFE


                           Discover the PURPOSE of your LIFE…….
 If you are like most people, you might not have figured out what you’re supposed to do with your life. What is your purpose?
§  What is a life purpose anyway?For our uses, we’re going to define it as something that you love to do that also has a great impact on the world. It’s that sweet spot where you’re having a great time and doing something wonderful for as many people as possible.
§  Most of us leave our lives up to chance. We slide into a profession that we don’t hate and stay there or in a similar situation until we’re ready to retire. Living your purpose usually requires taking action with the intention of finding it.

There are several ways you can attempt to discover the purpose of your life:

1.    Describe your ideal day: Project yourself several years into the future and imagine that your life is essentially perfect. What would your life look like? Are you working? What type of work are you doing? What do you do all day? Who is in your life?

§  Now that you know what the end looks like, what can you do today to take the first step in that direction?

2.    Try austerity: Go camping in a remote place. Leave the food at home, but bring plenty of water. Limit your sleep and just sit with yourself. When you’re miserable, bored, lonely, and tired, sometimes the answers become obvious.

3.    Volunteer: Find an organization in your community that interests you. Doing something worthwhile can be a good way to discover your purpose. Even if you come up short, at least you’ll have done something important.
      4.    Assume:  you can do the impossible. When anything is possible, what would you do? Take action to bring your dreams to life.
5.    Write: Perhaps the most effective way to discover your life’s purpose is to spend an hour writing. At the top of your paper write, “My life’s purpose.” Now spend the next 60 minutes writing whatever pops into your mind.
§  When you find something that stirs strong positive feelings within you, you’re probably on the right track.
6.    Investigate a new hobby: We all have at least one activity we’ve been putting off until a more convenient time. Doing something new exposes you to new ideas and thoughts. Now is the time to jump in and get started. You might be surprised what you discover.

7.    Do something that terrifies you:Skydiving? Public speaking? You might find your life’s purpose during the process of conquering this fear.

§  This can be challenging and it might take some time, but get started today.

8.    Spend a day being totally inspired: From the time you wake up until the time you go to bed, attempt to spend every moment inspired. The right books, music, and movies can help you maintain an inspired mental state.

§  You’ll believe you can do anything. What would you do?

9.    Ask yourself: what you would do if you had $10 million. How would you spend your time? What would your life look like? Can you figure out a way to make a living doing one of the activities you would be willing to do for free if you had the time?

Keep trying the above tips until you’ve found something that really excites you.When you find your purpose, there will be no doubt. Avoid spending all of your life thinking and planning. Get busy living.

Finding your life’s purpose will make life exciting and meaningful.

Depression -A fight within


Depression!!!!!!   actually depresses  our mind  with multiple thoughts.

Thoughts are the main trouble creator.

Good thoughts make us happy and Bad thoughts that’s make us cry & the worst depression.

What are good thoughts ? --Good thoughts are the moments which you like, or make u smile.

What are Bad thoughts? --- the moments which are not liked by u, or make u sad, n cry.

Smile n Cry are emotions created to express the thoughts.

What are thoughts ?????

What is that which is playing with us?

It’s a mind game.

What is mind?

A creator of us, and the universe.


 I went through the toughest  phase of my life. 'depression',

the worst period or accident of life, that changes our  life our  thought process, and the compleate person.

It’s a phase or trauma that brakes down mentally to a person. It’s a mental accident, which  I was not able to explain to anybody what is happening to me. Being normal behaving like abnormal. Nobody understands us actually,or we are not in situation that we can make anybody to understand us. Its depression sign that we need care, attention, sympathy  n   nobody gives us time to talk or share what is happening to us. And we just seek help from anywhere or anybody.

I went thought many many sleepless night, forgetting things ,  forgetting kids somewhere, getting lost while walking, just thinking and thinking on a particular issue. I lost my credit cards three times a year.

Fighting with people, getting angry, mood change, sometimes u get too excited and tooo depress.

Just sitting and crying at one place the whole day, doing mistakes in job, no concentration.  chest pain, losing weight, losing eyesight, not able to hear properly,  many times fainted while walking problem in writing . Expensive medicines, doctors’ bills, no money to pay. I just wanted to hang myself .

One day I lost my certificates, n then I  saw my daughter, n just hugged her.

She said Mom, I won’t leave you , Mom I love you.

 Then I started realizing that something is wrong to me, why this is all happening to me, I need to do something.for few months my friend gave me Reike, and spiritual talk but no improvement. The easiest way was,  is to finish myself. But then  I remembered my daughter’s face. I decided to go to  the doctor  a psychiatrist.

Really My life changed after that slowly slowly I came out of all disorders.

I started reading books, good music, eating a lot, yoga meditation, dance, n theater activity ,joining NGO.
Spending more time with kids, cooking, just walking in sun , seeing the greenery  and beauty around, reading good books.

This is all with the help of psychiatrist medicines. Medicines helps you control the hormonal changes, controls the thought process, makes you feel happy .

Thanks to the Doctor, who saved me and my family.

After medication help i learnt many things and few are

Love yourself , life is beautiful.
God is always with us, people who left you were not meant for you.

Preserve the Diamonds  you have.
I always believe in good things, helping somebody, caring, and loving people around you.

Intension behind sharing this story ,is to help those people who are into depression.
There are many solutions given on net to come out of depression.
But the best is medical help. And your own help, your own will power to chnage your self.
The situation may remain same, but your ressistance or facing the problem will change.
At any phase of life good or bad, an iternally strong person will always be happy .
so eat healthy food, and be happy.
Friends we have only one life, and life is a beautiful creation, live the moment.
